The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. This was my second stay at the hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. The room is spacious — which is rare in Osaka — and has a beautiful, classic atmosphere. Everything was very clean, and Guerlain amenities were still provided, which added a luxury touch. The location near Umeda is perfect for getting around, and the staff are always kind and attentive. I’ll definitely come back again on future trips to Osaka.
