The location was fantastic. It was close to a lot facilities (malls, shops, restaurants, convenience stores) and easy access to the metro. A lot of tourist attractions are also within walking distance.

The Location was perfect and nearby to local markets and metro station.
The Staff were so attentive and so caring, we felt like home.
Having travelled all over the world in different hotels but the hospitality here was at a different level.
I had stayed here between 12th of June to 15th of June.
Family of 3, we are a couple with a son who was wheelchair bound and the staff was extremely caring for our needs.
Will definitely be on my stay list for any future visits to Osaka.

I can confidently say that, in comparison to the other Citadines in Asia, this has been one of the best stays I've experienced. Everything exceeded my expectations. The refillable water machine available for guests and the residents' lounge are wonderful additions – thank you for providing that.
The location, room, and Wi-Fi are all great.
For those in Osaka seeking a clean, spacious room and excellent hotel facilities, do consider staying here.
