Everything is very good. The location is convenient, with a few stations and no need to change lines to reach Namba and Umeda, which are popular areas for shopping and dining. Additionally, there are four reasonably priced supermarkets along the route from the station to the accommodation, making it easy to pick up essentials. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both comfort and accessibility. The only issue is that the toilet sometimes gets clogged. However, this can easily be fixed with a tool from a 100 yen shop. Overall, it’s a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.

Osaka was the last leg of our unforgettable journey in Japan. We chose this place for its charm. Niho's house is 110 years old which is very rare in Osaka. We spent 2 nights there and the house was even better than what we had expected. It has the charm and beauty of on old Japanese house but features all mod cons. The futon beds are very confortable. It is so atmospheric !
Niho, the owner, was very welcoming and looked after us all the way through. She is incredibly nice and thoughtful. She prepared nice breakfasts and offered us tea and biscuits when we turned up the first day. She prepared the Onsen for us too.
The house is very well located. Just a short walk to the nearest local train station which brings you to the city centre in 10 minutes. It is also very convenient if one wants to get to the airport which was our case. Thanks Niho for sharing this place with us and for your kindness ! We miss you.

CLEAN: this place was really clean, cleaning products like air refreshers/ towels/ paper towels are readily prepared
COMFORTABLE: futons are full 100% cotton!!! this is a big thing for me, so homey and the comforters are so soft ( stayed here during nov, so it was cold and the beds kept me warm all night.
SPACIOUS: big and spacious ( opened 3 big size luggage’s and there were still more than enough space to walk around.
Cons:
FAR: maybe a 5-10min walk depending on how fast u walk
abit further from the city centre but that wasn’t a big issue to me.

It was the best accommodation that my family was satisfied with. The facilities and cleanliness were both good.
It was self-check-in and check-out, but the owner of the house communicated quickly and very friendly. I'm thinking of visiting again next time.
