Don't think twice. I bet there is no better place with this price in Osaka. It's located 8 mins away from Tengachaya station and surrounded by lots of nice restaurants. The convenience stores and drug stores are all around.

Udatsuya Villa is owned by Niho. She single-handedly manages the entire property, from reception to housekeeping to room service and everything else. Niho is warm and friendly, always with a warm smile. She is more a friend to us now.
The location is very near most of the major attractions, just 3 stops away from Namba station.

very clean and convenient. We took the Nankai Rapi:t Airport Express from KIX and it stops here before Namba. It is a 15 min from the station but it helps that there are supermarkets along the way to shop for some groceries. Instructions to find out way and self check in were clear

It was the best accommodation that my family was satisfied with. The facilities and cleanliness were both good.
It was self-check-in and check-out, but the owner of the house communicated quickly and very friendly. I'm thinking of visiting again next time.

The apartment is small but tidy. Everything was clean and functioning. All the essential needed was provided. Check in was very straight forward and the host always responded quickly.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Accessing the key through the key box was super easy. Although I didn’t meet the host in person, all communications were timely and attentive. The location is excellent, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. It's just two stations away from Namba and one station from the Daikokucho market. With the fully equipped kitchen, I was able to cook several meals using fresh ingredients purchased from the market. It was a fantastic experience for a foodie!
