Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

Comfortable beds and sofa, absolutely everything you need in the kitchen and dining area, strong warm water pressure in the shower and bathtub, washer-dryer, solid wifi, everything functional and high quality, friendly welcome, responsive English chat via Booking.com app, exceptional daily housekeeping - five star hotel-level, refreshed bedding, spotless, clean kitchen, snack gifts -, infant dining seat and supplies, traditional Japanese home experience, kimono outfit and photo area, cozy neighborhood with supermarket and a couple restaurants, walkable (~1 km) or 800 yen taxi to Shin-Osaka and two metro stops (great for trips to Himeji, Kobe, Nara, or Kyoto).

Good location, next to Shinkansen station, very convenient to access to Midosuji line to travel around Osaka and nearby cities. The room was clean and spacious. Although it close to the railway system, the room was still quiet.
