Not sure where to start, I spent only one night here to rest from the jet lag before heading to Tokyo and it was just amazing! Smooth check-in & the friendliest receptionist ever, professional, well spoken & provided all the info needed. The room is sparkling clean, location north exit right by the shinkansen entrance, every staff I met was polite & everything was way too neat! Cherry on top, massage chair in the room, which again was one of the cleanest one I ever seen..and I been places.

Superb location, easy access to the train station and Shinkansen Station as well, the vibe at the hotel surrounding is too good, it is silent at the midnight but you still get to see a few people pass by, the plus point was there are 2 convenient stores in 1-2minute walking distance, it has the best vibes that I ever had during my whole trip to Japan.

We stay here for 5nights ,the location to subway abit far have to walk around 10minute ,but we love the location because less traffic less tourists and 9pm-11pm have free super noodles .Check out easy .only 30min drive to USJ studio.We come back again .parking only 2000yen per day .

Amazing stay! We visited when it was way below 0ºC in Osaka, so having such a comfortable and cosy room made our stay great. It even had a bathtub which, having travelled around Asia for a few months, we had desperately missed - incredible surprise! The room is very small (which didn't matter to us) so just be aware if you have lots of suitcases and bags. There is space for a good amount of luggage, we just wanted to make sure you're aware. The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes or so from Shin-Osaka station to get around the country or using the metro. Self-service laundry facilities were a great, and really cheap, addition too. Supermarkets nearby. Fantastic all round!
