Liber Hotel exceeded my expectation. I was just checking hotels close to Universal, and this hotel popped up on Booking with super high marks. And now I understand they really deserve that mark. It's a massive hotel with lots of facilities. Highlight is their sightseeing escalator, you can see the whole Universal. Our room was facing another side and you could see the Ferris Wheel which was a such surprise for me at night time. It's super convenient since you only walk half minute from the train station to the hotel. There's also a 7-11 convenience store about 200 metres away. It's only one station away from Universal or you can choose to walk there too. It's also easy to transfer to other trains to the central of Osaka. Morning breakfast is a little bit pricy, for adult is 4400 yen and kids above 6 years old is 2200yen, but I feel it worth it since the food quality was awesome. The food was variety and fresh, so many options. The restaraunt also has a massive patio you could eat outside and enjoy the view of the harbor. For the ranking, I will give them 10/10.

Lovely and very helpful staff, comfortable rooms with a well equipped bathroom. Very good breakfast selection and great quality of food. Super close to the beating heart of Osaka so restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are never far away. Close to the major subway connections as well. This was by far our best stay we had in Japan.

This was the most well-decorated hotel I've ever stayed at, at any price level. It was a real pleasure to wake up in such a thoughtfully appointed room. I also enjoyed a delicious martini and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the self-service laundry was a godsend (and reasonably priced).

Just a 3-minute walk from Namba Subway Station, Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka offers studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi. The Residence features a fitness centre and a sauna.
