We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service.
Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great.
Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Housekeeping Was very nice. They are hardworking and so kind. They deserve a 13th month pay and a 2months bonus for their hard-works. Breakfast was nice. Front desk were nice also even though someone torn my wife’s passport but they paid for it and I highly appreciate all the front desk staff.

Very good location to get to the train and subway stations. Great variety of Western and Japanese dishes for the breakfast buffet. Very nice happy hour with snacks and liquid refreshments. Very easy laundry machine operation with reasonable price. My daughter really enjoyed the spa, too. Really appreciate the hotel storing our luggage for us while we are away for the four nights.
