Large room with an enormous balcony with awesome city views and a table and chairs. A very comfortable and luxurious place to stay. The bar was a really nice touch for hotel residents with free drinks and nibbles and a lovely terrace to enjoy the night lights of the city.

We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service.
Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great.
Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

The location was perfect for our needs. They have a fabulous breakfast spread and everyone was very helpful. We needed to take a train and bus to different locations in Japan and both were located within a short walk from the hotel.
Beautiful room and super comfy bed! Can't recommend it enough.

LOCATION - we loved everything about this hotel, its was in the middle of everything, shops, eating, and trains,
take the lift down the ground floor to the whity and its massive selection of eating and coffee places
its like 2 mins in the underground to the metro system to Osaka metro and umeda-osaka you can get trains from both places, short ride to universal studios or Dotonbori
If you don't go underground there is just as much in the streets for entertainment and eating
The Ibis was comfortable and clean, i would stay here in again no issues

the location was fantastic - a three minute walk from where the airport limousine bus stops and two minutes from both Osaka station and Osaka Umeda station.
The room, although quite small, was perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean and quiet. Great cityscape view from the 32nd floor. Breakfast was amazing - but be sure to get there before 10 as they take everything away at 10 on the dot!!

What a gem, in the centre of this trendy area of Osaka. We loved the elegance of the whole building. The rooms were totally stunning. The old fashioned lifts were from another era, but fun to ride in. Plus, how many hotels have their own wedding chapel within the open courtyard area? The breakfast room was a stunning place to enjoy the wonderful breakfast.

Nice, clean, modern. Most of all location is great. Guests can use the underground to walk to Osaka-Umeda station. We visited this hotel a year ago and came back once again to find that facilities and services were still as good.
