We really enjoyed this hotel. Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable stay. The welcome note, cookies and heart shaped towels were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was great near the station. Our stay was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff: Rie (pronounced Rea) at the breakfast buffet, Emiko and Miho at the front desk.

We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service.
Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great.
Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

I really loved my stay here. Here's why:
- It was walking distance from many places.
- The neighbourhood felt very safe, modern and not overwhelming.
- There were several convience stores and restaurants nearby.
- The breakfast was nice and I loved that there were free drinks/snacks in the evening.
