The apartment is well kept, clean and with all we needed for our 18 night stay. Our trip to Osaka was to visit family close by and we decided to find our own place to stay and was delighted with our choice. It is spacious for 2 people and linen and toiletries plentiful. Extra plus is the ability to wash and dry our clothes which minimised how much clothes we needed to take.
I was in contact with the host a number of times previous to our visit and Yuko answered very quickly and was very friendly
It is situated in a quiet covered shopping street a few minutes walk from the Hankyu line so perfect for getting about. There is a good supermarket close by and a 7Eleven even closer. Turning right out of the flat, there is a lovely baker at the end of the street and there are quite a few mom and pop shops selling bento boxes, fresh and smoked fish, flower shop and some nice local places to eat. The okonomoyaki and takayaki place close to the station is great and one of the best udon places is just the other side of the station
For a stay in Osaka we would highly recommend this flat and we will try to stay here again next time we visit our family

Host was very nice and kept the place in immaculate condition. The property itself is situated nice and close to Shin Osaka station, so a great location to go out on day trips. We stayed with our daughter who is 1.5 and the house was suitable for her too.

Clean, room was quite big for Japanese standarts. All shower items were present and fully filled. Every day towels changed by house keeping. All staff were awsome and handsome. Location was great if you will visit Kyoto, Kobe, Hiroshima etc.
