The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The Lobby was very welcoming with comfortable seating and free coffee and tea. We were there for four nights in a hot summer. The air-conditioning worked well once we learned to adjust it. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The kitchenette, microwave and washing machine were an added bonus. There were convenience shops right next door, Tanukikoji shopping street just two minutes away as well as many restaurants, cafes and Odori subway station. We found the taxi fare to and from the main Sapporo station very reasonable, as we had a lot of luggage...no tipping in Japan makes life much simpler!
The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the Continental one quite adequate too. Service was good and the dishes kept full.

2nd stay within a week. Great communication with the hotel staff prior to arrival and they were very helpful throughout the stay, can get larger rooms if you go for the Loft series. Paid carpark just beside the hotel.

Location: Near restaurants, JR Station, Shopping malls, Sapporo Tanukikoji shopping street. McDonald's is just opposite the hotel. All can be reached by walking distance. Very convenient.
Toilet: Very clean,
Room: Twin room although smaller BUILT-UP, but we are satisfied with the soundproof wall (can't hear flushing noise frm next door). Heater and humidifier provided.

Loved the onsen and bath facilities on-site. PJs, bath towel amentities were excellent bonus! My room came with a washer and dryer which was really useful. We had free parking everyday as it was not crowded. Everything was perfect during our stay.
