We like the big, clean room, lighting is amazing and very nice in-room hotspring bath. Bed is also comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast a lot.

It was unfogetable eperience- we met the owner and it was amazing to see how past meets modern Japan. More then 500 years onsen was first esperience in my life also we enjoyed first time private onsen with my husband .We had breakfast and diner served in room and it was unforgettable , especially egg cooked in onsen! Very welcoming vibe, Komugi the robot in the lobby was a highlight I never expected! Staff were particularly helpful and kind, insensitive was beautiful and clean, view from my room was amazing.

This is a beautiful resort like hotel. The Japanese meals are amazing. All the staff are very professional and kind. There is a lovely onsen with a bath both inside and outside.

Lovely spacious room, and clean hot springs. The hot springs are open all through the night, so if you want to go in at 4am, you can! The staff were friendly, and the location has lovely views across valleys.

The location was great as it was close to a variety of shops and restaurants. The onsens were very relaxing, clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are a great size and very clean. The breakfast menu was delicious and served in a big dining room overlooking the beautiful autumn trees.

Excellent experience of a traditional Ryokan, the staff were super friendly and we had a fantastic dinner, more special than we could have hoped for! The inn itself was very cozy, only 4 rooms so the guests were given full attention. A very nice private onsen as well (2 bath houses for 4 rooms but no waiting to use one).
