Way better than most 4-star hotels I've srayed at; can't believe it's only a 3-star hotel. Everything was perfect; very well organised. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. The facilities are great; fantastic breakfast buffet, clean rooms. You have various signs to put at the door to specify if you want your room to be ckeaned or not, but also when (morning or afternoon), plus an eco item when you want the room to be cleaned but you don't want the beddings and towels to be changed. I had a great view from my window over the city and the Tokyo tower. Not over crowded by tourists but with great access to the train and metro, you can reach most places within 20-30 min. In now staying in another town in a 3-star hotel and I can clearly see the difference.
I can definitely recommend this place.

First time visiting Tokyo and stayed here for 10 days. As a solotraveller this place was absolutely perfect and worth every yen. I will not hesitate to book this place again next time I visit Tokyo. You have all that you need here. You have your own little kitchen and all the utensils that you may need if you want to cook your own food. There is a microwave (Life saver) to heat up the 7-eleven/Lawson meals you bring back. Air conditioning working flawlessly, and you have your own washing machine to wash you clothes and the shower room can double as a drying room for your clothes, so they dry much much faster (amazing idea). The walk to the train station is about 10 mins, which I think is so nice, because you just walk in a straight line in a very local area. On the way you come across a Lawson and several eating spots for when you walk back at night. The area is also SUPER safe and quiet. I did not feel worried at all walking home very late at night.
The train station is the Yamanote line, which is the only line you really need to get to the major touristy areas of Tokyo (very convenient).
So, if you want to live like a local during your stay in Tokyo i cannot recommend this place enough. Check-in and Check-out was super smooth and there was no trouble whatsoever during my stay.
