The staff where unbelievablely kind. I let the lady at front desk know that we got engaged and she gave us a welcome cake and when we were checking out even gave us a hand written card! When we ate at one of the restaurants the staff even took a photo for us and printed it. Honestly they made our stay super magical, and that's not even considering the garden which is out of this world!

Clean , Cosy and comfortable room size for 2 adults and a 3 year old. Well equipped kitchenette. Family mart just down the road. Few Metro lines walkable distance. Ginza line had elevator access so we used that mostly , easier with baby stroller. We arrived from Narita via skyliner to Ueno and took a cab to hotel (cost 500yen).
Front desk staff were really friendly!! Met a fellow Malaysian at the counter and she was lovely to talk to!
Quiet area but there are eateries around and it’s convenient to get to the town areas via metro.
I’d book this place again if I’m going back to Japan.

It was a very nice looking hotel with kind staff, and excellent food. I would recommend it. Especially useful for anyone going to the University of Tokyo.

Good Location with many facilities inside the hotel. Staff show great hospitality. Big parking lot with acceptable fee. The best thing to me and my family is the entertainment complex within a 5 step-walk from the hotel door.
