This is such a delightful place to stay. The staff are incredible and so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk from Hibiya station and a 10 min walk to Tokyo station.

The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, with over 100 dishes. It offers good all times services which are hardly encountered in European 5 stars hotel, such as pijamas, newspapers by the door in the morning, full face treatment products in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, not only for trains, but also for buses and taxis.

Super hip, quiet, and cozy hotel with helpful and friendly staff! Great location, too - easy access to Akihabara and Ochanomizu train stations, Don Quijote a 3 min walk away if you need anything. The pizza in the restaurant was amazing as well... I actually wish I had planned more meals at the hotel :)

I loved everything about this hotel. It is located within 5-10 minutes walk of multiple train stations, on a quiet and beautiful street. The amenities were brilliant - the lobby was so cozy and well-stocked (Marron was so flipping cute), the room was clean and even had a Refa showerhead and hair dryer… everything was perfect. I will definitely be back!

Everything was good. The hotel is centrally located and directly connected to a few subway lines. The commute to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku is super convenient. And it's within walking distance to food street.
Special mention to the concierge team who is superb to help us reserve a few restaurants, including Sukiyabashi Jiro. Their services are very professional and friendly.
