This place was great! Super clean and new, easy location for Disney (17 min taxi), the sand was a hit with the kids. spacious hang out areas. Breakfast was mostly really great! 1 morning of the 3 it was very Japanese so the kids didn't eat it (but they filled up on cereal instead!). It comes packaged so you can take it with you if you aren't ready to eat. The room had what we needed to sleep and lay out our luggage easily. check in and check out was easy. Great value for money

Room is clean and comfortable with cute antique designs and various facilities provided inside the room (kitchen, laundry, wifi, amenity, etc.). The location is accessible to Tokyo Disneyland by car and bus. There's also train station near the hotel. Staffs are lovely.

Good location, in a bedroom area of the city on a quiet street.
The guest house is located near the electric train station, 8-10 minutes on foot.
To the center of Tokyo 30-35 minutes by train.
Near the station there is a large grocery store and convenience store, which is very convenient.
Also a lot of cafes and bars with national food, where you will feel the national flavor and traditions.
Guest house, very much liked by my family.
My son and we were delighted with the thematic mood of the house.
The house is filled with characters from cartoons and comic books. For the kids it is just a party.
My son was constantly playing computer games on a real game console that the owners kindly provided in the house.
The house is very clean and cozy, great kitchen where you can cook for yourself.
Comfortable bedroom and a chance to experience the national look of a Japanese bedroom on the floor.
It was very comfortable and convenient.
Wonderful place, I recommend this guest house to anyone who wants to visit Tokyo.

Excellent, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation. The host was very friendly and helpful. We came for a karate competition and wanted to monitor our athlete's weight before the event. When we asked if there might be a scale available at the accommodation, the host sent us a brand-new one by courier the very next day. This gesture speaks volumes about their kindness. We are truly grateful. It helped us win a bronze medal at the World Championship.

The apartment is excellent. Everything you need is there. The owners are so helpful and accommodating. They have thought of all the little details. Looks like your in the suburbs but everything is so close. Supermarket, seven eleven and the station all within 10mins walk. It was our favourite place that we stayed. Highly recommend 👌

The house is big, but the price is reasonable. What surprised us is that there is everything we need!
From home appliance to washing powder, seasoning, and the plates are so cute! The room is very clean and there are lots of movies in the TV. We had a great time. Thank you!

The owners are OUTSTANDING. No other way to put it. Nothing was an issue for them, they went so far above and beyond.
It's a completely fully stocked house, with hi speed WI-FI ( I got about 80mb a second for a while) board games, games station, everything you could need for a family staying in Tokyo. Supermarkets are about a 5 minute walk away. Getting there by taxi, you might need to ring for the exact location of the house (it was a few houses down from the Taxi GPS drop off point.
It was double the price of a 15mtr square hotel room, so even the price tag was worth it, considering the space and facilities.
