Staff were all very helpful, friendly and with good English. Washer and dryer was very helpful so we can wash our clothes everyday during the hot summer. The kitchen was clean and utensils were great. Overall very satisfied with the hotel.

location was close to the train and to good restaurants and the kabuki theater (don't miss it!), the room design was peaceful, staff were so nice and they even upgraded our room! everything was great, overall a perfect hotel for us.
