Place was clean all the amenities were there, location was good. Tokyo station was only 15min from train, Shinjuku and Shibuya were 25,30min and ginza was also 30min so very centrally located. Great apartment for two people.

The best thing about this location is the host, Kenichi-san. He is always supportive and responsive to any request. Everything here is worth the price paid. The facilities for cooking and laundry are well-equipped. The location is also very close to the JR and metro stations.

Room was spacious, clean and amenities were fantastic. Beds comfortable and great to have a coin laundry in basement. Microwave in foyer for guests to use, handy with supermarket across the road. Less than 10 mins walk to Iidabashi station which we found easy. We booked a room with bunk beds which was great for our daughter and we had a large bed each underneath.
