We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Tokyo. The house was quiet, tidy, and comfortable, and included all the necessary amenities. Located in a residential area, it was truly a 3-minute walk to the Oyama Station and a shopping area. From Oyama Station, it's only 3 quick stops until Ikebukuro, and from there you can go pretty much anywhere. If you miss the last train, it's a 30-minute walk from Ikebukuro. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

I liked how the property was maintained. it's a nice and cozy place, and the host is super responsive and supportive.

We stayed as a group of 6, enough space for us all. Oyama Happy Road makes the walk to the nearest station (Oyama station) seem much shorter, and is only a short distance from Ikebukuro station. Nearby there is a 7/11 and many vending machines. There is AC in every bedroom, toiletries (like toothbrush, towels, soap, shampoo) were included. Owners of Kosumosu were very quick and informative to our questions. If you are traveling as a large group, we definitely recommend Kosumosu!

I like everything about this guest house. Because it provides all I need such as kitchen with full equipment, clean toilet, washing machine for free, umbrella to borrow, and it's very close to the South Exit of Naka-itabashi train station, only 5 minutes! There's also Seven Eleven within 1-minute walk. The host is also friendly and they clean the accommodation every day♡ The room is also big enough with fridge, hair dryer, and towel inside.
