The rooms and quality of facilities, far exceeded my expectations. The locations was also fantastic given proximity to the airport and the monorail, so made getting up early for my flight the next morning super easy and convenient Oh yes, especially enjoyed the roof terrace - was awesome watching the planes land + drinks at sunset.

We just stayed one night before flying out of Tokyo from a connecting flight. We got in late, and it was such a relief to be able to walk straight to our room with our luggage cart. The restaurants nearby were closed, but thankfully the restaurant at the rooftop onsen is open 24 hours. The onsen is fantastic, and was perfect after a long day of travel. It was a bit on the pricy side, but the convenience and quality was worthwhile.

We booked this stay only a few days in advance, and got a great price. It was by far the largest 'room' we stayed in during our entire trip, with basically a studio apartment plus a bedroom down the hall. The facilities were very nice, with pictures on the wall next to all the control systems showing the english instructions for how to operate them. BIG bath room with a very nice digitally controlled bath. If I had known how nice this place was, I would have stayed here several nights instead of just the one night before our flight out.

The staff were very helpful, answering all our queries, requests and booking us an early morning taxi to the airport. We were also so grateful that we could check-in early for a small fee as we had arrived in the morning after travelling for 17 hours. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The apartment room was very clean and cozy, equipped with everything for the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom, which is good especially for a long stay for a reasonable price. The room was large for one person. I felt at home. Just 5-10 minutes' walk to the closest station.
