Just 500m away from the station. It near the supermarket.
I came by car, so the minus point is that I have to use a parking lot nearby, which make the cost higher.
However, I think that travelers most come by train. So it is highly recommended.

The location was peaceful but just a minute's walk from all the buzz of Shimokitazawa. Nice size balcony hit by the morning sunshine. Efficient aircon and wifi.

The place was big and near a bus stop, you can walk to the train station as well. Near convenience stores and near a grocery as well.
