I like the service staff in the hotel. Friendly and respectful to all my needs. - I decided to checkout and complete my trip around shiba until the evening time, the staff protected all my luggages in a safe in the lobby. Also, me with my sisters wanted to pray , the staff were respecting my religion and open one of the formal room for us to pray twice time in the same day of check out. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone

Specious bright room with excellent interior design, equipped kitchen, many amenities and room for strage, balcony, even washing machine was there! Table with two chairs (normal size) made it comfortable to eat small meals. I could leave there for few weeks easily. Very nice and helpful personel, I was able to check in 1h earlier than allowed without any extra payment. Ceiling in the shower was at 190 cm which is not much higher than I am, but it wasn't problematic at all to take the shower.

Exceptional hotel where every single hotel staff communicated with me with a smile on their face. It can really make someone's day. Best group of hospitality staff I've met so far. First hotel where the reception staff also personally brought me up to my room and showed me around. The first hotel in Tokyo I've stayed at that has both Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay views on each side. The window in the room was also really huge so you have a wide angled view. Interior design was also very well done. I've had dinner at Sushi Migiwa, and I was moved to the lounge for dessert where I could sit there as long as I wanted to enjoy the views of Tokyo Bay. The breakfast provided was splendid as well. Food portions provided were very generous and delicious - with free flow juices, milk and bread. Very nice lobby where guests can chill at after check out before heading to the airport.

Very close to multiple train lines and access to the Shinkansen was great, also very close to Tokyo Tower and other attractions, very conveniently located to shopping and dining, would definitely recommend this accommodation to base yourself if you are looking at exploring Tokyo.

The staff is really nice and understanding, very well trained on customer service. The facilities seem new and really taken care of, the room feels bigger than it says it is and has a FULL closet so you can literally unpack your bag, put everything in hangers and store it without needing to take up space of the rest of the room. The bathroom is spacious and has a full size tub with shower and no waiting time to get hot water (although it can get a sewer like smell because of the way bathrooms work in Japan). Our bed was double and really comfy, we didn't get cold because of the month we visited in (may) and because of this the air conditioner wasn't functional, although we got the heads up to possible extreme heat / cold depending on the month and how the hotel adapted accordingly. The location is a dream!, you can choose to use public transport or walk to get to a number of different places depending on your preferences and can find everything you could need really near (restaurants, konbinis, karaokes, train stations, touristy places, shrines, shops). Our first day we could visit the tokyo tower, three shrines, some parks and the imperial city without needing to use public transportation once. We paid extra for the cleaning service and everything was good except some days when the bed wasn't entirely made or was missing some cushions. We're not sure if the sheets were changed every day, but the room did feel tidy up and cleaned. You can also find amenities like a hair brush, tooth brush and paste, different types of face cleaners and shavers, caps and bath scrubbers on the first floor in front of the counter in case you need any free of charge and limitless. We began our dream trip to Japan at this location and quickly became our most beloved hotel and will forever be in our most treasured memories.
