The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The facilities were maintained extremely well and there was even a bath available for use. The location is near to Yamanote sen station and very convenient to access most places in Tokyo.

It has everything you need, also nice and spacious for me, for two could be ok too. Location was clean and safe, a little 10 min walk from station. The owner is quick to respond to messages and is helpful. 7 eleven and grocery store right beside you. I booked this one as its only a half hour train ride to airport

Everything was spotless — the room was perfectly clean, the equipment modern and in great condition, and the bathroom was absolutely incredible. It’s surprisingly spacious for one person and really good value for the price.
Jane, the owner, is incredibly kind and attentive — always available if you have any question or need help.
I also had dinner at the sushi restaurant on the ground floor, and it was a real experience — truly exceptional! (Tip: ask Jane before going so the chef knows an international guest is coming — he’ll take great care of you.)
Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely come back! 👍
