This hotel was absolutely lovely, beautifully clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Good location, quiet but a short walk from lots of restaurants.

The hotel was spotless. Beautifully decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The lobby is on the 18th floor and the views are spectacular.

We had an incredible stay at Section L! The front desk team was exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and welcoming every time we came and went. The hotel was impeccably clean; the room felt brand new, which is a rare and pleasant surprise for a hotel. The location was unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the Mita Line, making it super easy and affordable to get anywhere in the city. The sauna was a fantastic feature and very simple to book, adding to the overall relaxation. One of the biggest highlights was having a washing machine/dryer right in the room—it was an absolute lifesaver during our three-week stay! Overall, Section L is a fantastic choice, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

The hotel is situated close to the Shinbashi railway station and within quick walking distance from a choice of eateries and Restaurants. The Onsen was an added bonus and the staff was very plus the facilities were always available and clean. The staff made us feel at ease right from the start. This is our first visit to Japan and we had a long and tiring journey. Their assistance helped us settle in. I highly recommend this hotel. I believe it is exceptional value.
