The hotel has very good service. The staff immediately took over your luggage as soon as you arrived at the door. The reception staff was very kind and guided you through the check-in procedures. Your luggage was delivered when you arrived at the room. The room was very comfortable and there were many restaurants to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is located close to Shinjuku Station and transportation/shopping is very convenient. The service staff is very helpful. I will choose this hotel again!

We really enjoyed this cozy hotel. There is everything you need, including a kitchen and a washing machine. Very nice staff. There is a metro station nearby, shops and cafes are within walking distance.

This place is amazing and I can’t wait to stay here again. The location is right in Korea-town. This was my first stay on my first Japan trip, it was lovely being welcomed with so much warmth and joy. Not only does this hotel looks beautiful, inside and outside, from the lobby to the room, also there are so many free amenities, drinks and food. When I checked out, the staff took the time to say goodbye in the same way they welcomed me 🥰 I felt super taken care of!

As I booked this apartment in Tokyo one year ago, we only hoped te find an apartment with an affordable price and a good location. As we arrived at the apartment 11 days ago, we were surprised that the apartment and the hosts excited our expectations by a lot. We’ve been picked up by a luxury vehicle and the host even offered us refreshments. He has told us about good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The hosts are a very kind couple with a big heart and they have given us many tips and good advice. They know Tokyo and surrounding so well. If you need insider tips, they’re the one to give. We have traveled a lot within Europe and Asia. The hosts here are definitely the best and we have special memory together. You have your privacy during your stay, but if you need their advice, they’re always willing to help.
We’re satisfied with the apartment, too. We have had everything we needed. It is especially convenient that the host has installed a waterfilter. Water in Japan is drinkable yet not enjoyable because of the chlorine in it. That problem is solved with the filter. So guests don’t need to drag big waterbottels from the supermarket. That’s a pleasant and practical feature of the apartment.
The location and the neighbourhood are excellent. The neighbourhood is quiet and local. Although the lively streets full of tasty restaurants and shops are quite nearby. As Asian myself who is living in Europe, I was impressed and spoiled by the amount of authentic Chinese and Korean restaurants there. It is a kind of Asian town, you can find cuisine from almost every corner of Asia here. Furthermore, several convenient stores and a decent supermarket lay on the way home. Good shiatsu salons (Japanese massage) are also
available.
All in all, the apartment and the hosts have made our stay in Tokyo an unforgettable experience.
