The hotel exceeded all my expectations! Everything is spotless and well-kept, with housekeeping at the highest level. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, creating a truly warm atmosphere. The room is thoughtfully designed with many more amenities than you usually find in other hotels. All the essentials are provided, making the stay extremely comfortable. A wonderful place I would love to come back to! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway and in a very quiet neighbourhood, unless there are events at the nearby sports stadiums. Shopping and nice cafés can easily be reached by foot. Staff very exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and very spacious.

I love that the hotel is beside/near the station very convenient, there was a local grocery beside (aeon grocery) I love that we can always eat there with fresh local food. There were a lot of fast food nearby mcdonalds, kfc, donuts, baskin robbins. Don Quijote was just beside the hotel. There was medium sized mall named big box that has a small uniqlo were you can buy tax free clothes. Actually theres a lot more shops in the mall. theres also some to explore in the neighborhood but some stores were closed during the new year but over all i will stay here if you just need a comfortable place to stay. This place was also brand new and staff was really nice. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Rooms were I stayed were also new and big the free amenities were dhc. I added some photos maybe it can help. The room we stayed had a nice flat screen tv with netflix, youtube and has a small sofa by the window.

The location was the best thing, 5 minute walk to the station which can take you all around Tokyo. The room was warm and clean. The host was very generous, as he picked us up from the station and dropped us back, each time providing us with a beverage and helping us with our bags. Definitely recommend staying here!

A gem of accommodation! My family’s first time staying in Okubo and the location between 2 train stations is very convenient. Plenty of combinis, eateries and shops within walking distance. 15 minutes stroll to Shinjuku. The hotel itself exudes Japanese minimalism yet was also very inviting at the same time, in part due to the friendly and helpful staff. Amenities and facilities are top notch - from the washing machine in-room, to water dispensers on ground floor, to umbrellas for guest use on rainy days, we were so well taken care of during our four nights here. Easily our favourite hotel of this trip where we stayed in 5 different hotels over 10 days. Would love to return here again soon and highly recommend to families on a budget who travel light. Soundproofing is excellent as well - peaceful through the day and night. Bonus bathtub and a large tv. Wifi signal is strong and reliable. Security is great with staff present during a large part of the day, and gated access to the compound after hours. The use of technology for seamless check in and check out, as well as for emergency use during unmanned hours means we always felt taken care of 24/7. They even provided bubble wrap and tape as a thoughtful gesture to guests wanting to pack their precious souvenirs.
