I had to extend the trip but also changed the type of beds in the room, due to an additional person joining after initial booking. The person on the phone was able to help me adjust my 2 separate bookings to connect to the same type.
Location is convenient. The rooms are very new and clean. Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.

Great location, just a short walk from Shin-Okubo Station on the Yamanote line, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always available to help. The facilities are quite new and the room was clean. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay in Tokyo.

Great new hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful, room is great, shower room is high grade, the location is central, it is a mixed cultured area, Korean, Japanese, Southeast Asia shops and restaurants all around here, train station is like 1 minute away.
Unlike other big hotels located on Main Street, this is located in a smaller street which you can experience where usual Japanese live. Overall awesome experience staying here

Hosts were very helpful - we had some issues with a credit card and despite it being late in the evening they allowed us to use their phone to contact our bank. Our rooms were well equipped and we were able to cook several meals to reduce costs. The washing machine and dryer in the downstairs laundry were free to use and easy to operate. The location was convenient to several stations and multiple convenience stores. There was a lovely little cafe just outside that sold the most delicious fruit and cream sandwiches.
