We had an exceptional one-night stay at this premium hotel in Tokyo. The location is excellent — just one subway stop from Tokyo Station, and you can walk from the train to the hotel entirely under cover, which is super convenient, especially in bad weather. The hotel occupies the upper floors of a high-rise (24th to 38th), and we chose a room on a high floor with a stunning view of Tokyo Tower. The night view was absolutely breathtaking, with the city lights creating a truly magical atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and came with high-end amenities that really added to the sense of luxury. Breakfast was served in the executive lounge on the 38th floor, and it was outstanding — with a wide selection of high-quality options and freshly made omelets. A perfect stay in every way — stylish, comfortable, and with unforgettable views. Highly recommended for a special stay in Tokyo!

My first time at a capsule hotel, the front desk explained the details patiently in a language I could understand. The staff all could take on English so it was tourist friendly. It happened to be raining my first evening there and I got an umbrella on the house. My shoes got wet from the weather and I thought I had to get new ones. Wow they got shoe drying service I didn’t know about. Very thoughtful and it won me over. Very clean and everything was well organized. Just need to get used to the different floors for different purposes. The sleeping quarters need the tag assigned to the person to unlock access. Good security. Got a 24 hour lounge with manga to enjoy, a public bath, massage chairs, even got amenities like cleansing wash for face. It was not a partying vibe kind of place and people can enjoy the quiet and calmness there. The location is closer to Shiodome station than Shimbashi and quite convenient to get around Tokyo.

As a British hotel, it has a lot of foreign employees, and I recommend it as a very sophisticated and good hotel. The interior of the restaurant on the first floor is wonderful, and the food is very delicious. The club sandwich, salad, and pasta were all great meals. It was also great for tea time during the day. I highly recommend it. The room is a modern and stylish interior. The water pressure in the shower room is high, and the toilet and shower room are separated, so it is convenient. It's a recliner bed, so it's comfortable to rest. When I ask for amenity, the robot brings it to me so it's convenient and fun. The scenery of the Shiodome site was very nice. Communication was convenient because there were employees who spoke Korean well. In particular, the male employee who is good at Korean is very kind. Thank you for your help. There are several convenience stores nearby and it is located in Ginza, so it has good access to tourist attractions.
