I booked this place to visit a friend nearby, and it turned out to be one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Super spacious, super clean—it really felt like home. The host gave clear instructions, and the location was perfect—close to the station, with cool cafés and shops around. We had some great yakiniku nearby, and the supermarkets stayed open late. It was also super easy to get to Shibuya. I’m so glad I chose this place and would love to come back for a longer stay.

In the Suginami Ward district of Kichijōji, close to Momoi Harappa Park, Cocoro404 has a terrace and a washing machine. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a balcony.

This is a newly renovated apartment on the 3rd floor (elevator) available. If you are looking for a local neighbourhood experience then this spot is fantastic. The apartment has it all including complimentary water, beer (2 cans) and Netflix, toiletries, slippers. Everything in the apartment is completely brand new. Our apartment slept 6 peoples (3 beds) but we were a couple and it was just the perfect size for us. You had large sliding doors and a window you could open or air conditioner. Easy contactless entry, key box located next to the front door of the apartment. Great communication with management. Loved the food and shopping options, lots of cute atelier’s and curated vintage stores. Extremely quiet at night and safe. We would definitely stay here again, loved it all.

It's a perfect place to experience Tokyo just as if you were living in the city. It's close to vibrant neighborhoods like Koenji and Nakano, and the place itself is really cozy and quiet. 100% recommend.

The blanket was comfortable and many beds to sleep in, a full size kitchen and proper dining table. I also appreciated that there is a dryer to dry our clothes. The place was also very clean.

The host couple was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. Their communication was prompt and clear, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Upon our arrival, they greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the amenities, which included complimentary water bottles, tea and rice that can be used if using for a longer stay, and also provided helpful information about the nearby train stations. Staying in the traditional tatami room with futons was a unique and pleasant experience. Furthermore they really conversed with us about themselves and also were curious to our backgrounds aswell, and that was appreciated. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness. When they learned it was one of our birthdays, they surprised us by promptly returning with two bunches of grapes as a birthday gift. This kind and unexpected gesture added a personal touch to our stay, making it even more memorable. Some details are that 1 of them speaks decent english and the other speaks Chinese on top of Japanese, but even with that gap it's easy to understand the key information due to the prepared printouts that they provide. And also that we booked the place quite last minute (day prior) and they were able to accommodate straightaway. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Good location, just one block away, one street at most, from Ōkubo Station. A good place to spend less in Tokyo if you don’t want to stay in Shibuya or Shinjuku, and still want to be close by train it’s a good option
