Very friendly staff, they instruct me carefully about the train to the airport and which entrance has elevator because I have many suitcases. They speak very good English. The location is perfect, walking distance to Asakusa and Tokyo Sky tree, and crossing the street to Kuramae where you can take one direct train to Narita Airport. Many affordable restaurants with great food nearby.

Not the first time coming... my favorite place to stay when I come to Tokyo (already the 6th time).
Clean, convenient with kitchen and washing machine in the room. Quiet even if in the heart of Asakusa. Near Senso-ji temple, restaurants ans shops.

Gorgeous hotel with great modern vibes! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, able to communicate in English with ease. Booked 2 twin rooms and requested one with a big bed (for 2 year old toddler, they are kids friendly!), while the other with 2 single beds. Rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the one with single beds even came with tub. Walking distance to various stations in Ueno (5/7/10min depending on which line) and there's a 7-11 just a two min walk away. Vending machines, gym, washer/dryer (need to pay) and free microwave available at level 2, with a lounge for you to chill at. Would definitely return for a stay if I'm around the area.
