We enjoyed the private onsens, breakfast was amazing. Didn't try the dinner, but i feel we missed out. Homeowners were very helpful & diligent - we were happy.

The owners gave me a lift up to Monkey Park and checked there was monkeys! Room was beautiful and very comfortable

We asked for vegetarian meals and they were delicious. The personnel were very friendly, helpful and going extra mile to accommodate us. We have tattoos so we couldn't use the public onsen, but there are two open-air onsens you can reserve on the same day for a private bath so we were very content and satisfied.

Yasuyo the owner was incredible,took us to see the monkeys,picked us up after we saw the monkeys,took me to the ATM to withdraw some money and then at the end dropped us off at the train station for our journey back,thank you.

Amazing property with even more amazing staff. We stayed for two night during our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was an authentic yet luxurious Ryokan. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless and it even had its own onsen. The food was exceptional and the staff was very well trained and extremely friendly. Highly recommended this hotel and would love to go back on day.

Totaly awesome staff - 2 guys who speak little bit english, but they are amazing and kind (of course all staff was great)! Everything was fine, dinner and breakfast were rich and everybody could choose his style. Room was cosy and onsens were relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here!!!!! We advise to everybody who wants to feel real Japan!🥰
