The location was perfect for me - probably more on the entertainment side of the city rather than the business side, although access to transport was very quick and easy so nowhere was out of reach. Close to Chinatown, and a nice walk along the waterfront to other parts of the city. The hotel itself was modern and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good quality, and varied.

We were a family of 6 travelling and we had plenty of room for luggage. The location was central for train and bus. Our host was amazing !!!!!!! Great communication and assisted us with tickets for baseball and advice on Onsen. Lovely restaurants all walking distance. We stayed over Anzac day to attend the service and it was such an experience, so humbling. We have left behind a Kokoda book and others are welcome to sign. Beds were so comfortable and the free water bottles were most appreciated. Definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend. Thankyou for a great experience in Yokohama

Clean capsules. Clean baths. Cheap last minute option. Very dedicated staff. Perfect for solo travelers. Luggage locker is a little on the small side. Staff can store your big luggage in a separate room. If you can't find staff at noon, they are likely cleaning on one of the floors.
