Beds were very comfortable. View from the room was exceptional - both day/night views. I especially liked how the bathroom was stocked with large bottles of refillable soaps & shampoo bottles plus the skincare products. It was not limited to the standard small bottles. Our room was a Bay Club room and it was nice to have complimentary access to the Bay Club Lounge on the 25th floor and the complimentary drinks in the frig. Location is excellent!! Train station - Sakuragicho within close walking distance, shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, drug stores, entertainment all within Queens Plaza and Landmark Plaza totally amazing!! Enjoyed orchestra entertainment in the Queen Plaza. Amusement part right across the street from the Yokohama Bay.

Didn’t have the breakfast. Good location with lots of activity around. Very good trained staff and the property is new. Most of the time accommodated our requests like GRADE in the room, early checking time, leaving the baggage for two days so on and so forth

the staff, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. during my stay I had the feeling of being very welcome. a very new and very well run hotel. breakfast was very good and breakfast staff was simply great. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location, beautiful views. Laundry worked well. In room dining great. Breakfast also had enough "international food". Everything great. Airport limousine bus to the airport was very helpful.

An amazing hotel just outside of Tokyo, perfect for families looking for quieter area than the main city but easily accessible to Tokyo. Staff are beyond helpful, breakfast is amazing!! Everything from Japanese favourites to global tastes and standards, try the custom made omelettes…the best I’ve ever had ! Stayed with 2 kids in twin bed room brilliant 🤩
