Great hotel, wonderful sea front view room, spacious, with a Japanese style bathroom. In a quiet area of Yokohama, but 4 minutes walk away from bustling Chinatown and tube station. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The entrance is a bit hidden. I arrived on a stormy evening and the taxi had to turn around the block twice before we could find it. It is a shared entrance with the restaurant The Anchor. From there an elevator takes you to the 12 floor where the reception is.

Lovely location, about 5min walking distance to train station. Room has ample space with washing machine. We were able to dry our clothes in the bathroom. Very handy as clothes can be dried whilst out instead of waiting at laundromat. Staff have been extremely lovely and helpful. I have left my wallet in previous accomodation and staff here offered to accept the pay-on-delivery parcel for me. This allows me to go pick up from them and pay the delivery fee instead of waiting for wallet to arrive in the accomodation.

Very neat and clean large apartment with 5 bedrooms spaced out. We had family 4 and access to both levels to utilise 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms as one in each level. In the heart of China Town and couple minutes walk to the port and park which were very cool. Good value for money.

This was a great hotel. Friendly helpful front desk team, very welcoming. The room was great. We could lie our suitcase down in the hallway so enough space to move around, had a desk, coffee maker, comfy bed, clean & well presented. Not a huge room but certainly had everything we needed. The location was an easy walk from the subway, close to Chinatown & other places of interest. We really enjoyed our night here & would highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay, the room size quite big. The place is high hygienic. Near supermarket, train station, and restaurant. The entrance is narrow, just be careful when carry heavy luggage but not a big deal. The host very kind and polite. I recommend to stay here for travelling Yokohama.
