Very friendly staff, made our stay excellent. The hotel is great solution for cruiser, you see the terminal from your hotel room window. But you have to order rhe room in floor 10 and higher.

This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

Very neat and clean large apartment with 5 bedrooms spaced out. We had family 4 and access to both levels to utilise 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms as one in each level. In the heart of China Town and couple minutes walk to the port and park which were very cool. Good value for money.

I enjoyed the close access to the mall and red brick district. It's a short walk to the Gundam Factory, I definitely think that should be a selling point for tourists. The walk there and back you can experience a wonderful park.
The staff were helpful in multiple languages.
The elevator speeds and response times were excellent.
I enjoyed the express check out feature for simply depositing my room key on the entrance level after exiting the elevators.
