I went there for the Ado concert and loved how close and easily accessible the concert hall was from the Hilton. Next the rooms was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll likely stay here again next time I come to Yokohama. Lastly, Yokohama is a great ward and area to be in. it's a little far from Tokyo but if you're are down to stay in Yokohama then you'll have a blast.

1) The fridge in my room(1009) did not work in the second day, however, staffs immediately paid lots of effort to fix the issue and made it up to us. We very much appreciate your professional helping with this. 2) Awesome position : Near by the supermarket(AEON) and 5 mins walking away from Yokohama station.
