Everything, from when you are greeted at the front entrance to the time you leave all staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great bathroom, and a balcony with more than enough room for two people. The location is perfect.

The room was extremely spacious! Location wise, I loved that it was only about a 17mins walk from Yokohama station, or a 5mins walk from shin takashima station.

A 5-minute walk from JR Yokohama Train Station, Hotel The Knot Yokohama offers rooms with free WiFi. Minato Mirai Subway Station and Yokohama Museum of Art are a 15-minute train ride away.

All was perfect, the room, the view, the service, the room was impeccably clean, everything was top notch, and I really enjoyed my stay there. Also loved the SPA. The hotel is a short walk to Minato Mirai metro station, and also a walking distance to all places in Minato Mirai area. There is a shuttle bus to the Haneda airport with its final stop directly at the hotel. Would be more than happy to stay there again!
