The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. There were two options for breakfast (continental and japanese), both very good,and the personnel was amazing: very friendly and helpful.
The room was large and very comfortable, having everything we needed.
It is at a walking distance from a metro station and chinatown, with endless options for food.

We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

Great hotel, wonderful sea front view room, spacious, with a Japanese style bathroom. In a quiet area of Yokohama, but 4 minutes walk away from bustling Chinatown and tube station. Personnel was very kind and helpful.
The entrance is a bit hidden. I arrived on a stormy evening and the taxi had to turn around the block twice before we could find it. It is a shared entrance with the restaurant The Anchor. From there an elevator takes you to the 12 floor where the reception is.

Lovely location, about 5min walking distance to train station. Room has ample space with washing machine. We were able to dry our clothes in the bathroom. Very handy as clothes can be dried whilst out instead of waiting at laundromat.
Staff have been extremely lovely and helpful. I have left my wallet in previous accomodation and staff here offered to accept the pay-on-delivery parcel for me. This allows me to go pick up from them and pay the delivery fee instead of waiting for wallet to arrive in the accomodation.
