We had a lovely stay here. Personnel is very friendly. We were allowed to store some personal food in the fridge. Breakfast was very good, the fruits were tamu sana and the choice of food was good too. The coffee for breakfast was NOT instant, that was great :) The room was very clean and our room included a water boiler and coffee/tea.

WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.
