I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel in Nairobi and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Nelson and Patrick, were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Their dedication to excellent service truly enhanced my visit. The hotel’s central location in Nairobi’s CBD made it convenient for both business and sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities, including the spa and pool, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi.

The staff were always warm and friendly. The food was amazing. I'd like to mention the chauffeur service led by Mr. Eston and his team was incredible. Very comfortable and polite. Ms. Leah at the reception, great to have met you. Mr. Edwin, Mr. Jeremy was always a delight driving around town with you.

Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in shower room. Kettle for tea and coffee, plus microwave and fridge. The pool wasn't open during my 2night stay but that didn't matter. It's an ideal area for walking to the museum and to the city centre, and hotel is cheaper than the neighbouring options. Fabulous seafood restaurant 5mins walk away. Staff and security very friendly and always happy!

The hotel is like a perfect peaceful oase in the big city. The garden is a great place to relax with planty of lounge possibilities. In the front , with the Pool, is a bit more traffic noise.
The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean. The restaurant is fantastic! We had dinner here 5 times and always great.
For this price i could not have wished for anything more!
