Fantastic hotel, perfect in every detail! Even the pick-up from the port in the hotel's elegant van is a super positive impression. And then, when you think that nothing will surprise you, you have a huge, unique pleasure of meeting Sean - Room Division Manager. This man treats you like a member of the closest family and does everything to make your stay here unforgettable!. To start with, a free upgrade to a premium room with a sea view. The room is beautiful, large, very clean, modernly furnished and at the same time very cozy. Fantastic comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. Pure perfection. We wanted to rent a scooter in the city: Sean sent us a van together with a wonderful girl from the service to help us with the formalities and check if everything was ok. We asked about transport to the bus station for our onward journey. Sean organized it so that the bus came to the hotel to pick us up! This man is a pure treasure!The entire hotel staff is fantastic! Everywhere you meet with kindness and a smile on their face. The hotel has a beautiful, constantly cleaned beach, a wonderful pool. Fantastic breakfast. This is a place where elegance, luxury has reached the highest level!

Great location near the sea, very professional and friendly staff, offering pretty much every service and amenity that one wishes from a hotel. The food was really great either at breakfast or other meals through the day and everywhere it felt extremely clean all the time. I would like to leave my greetings to M. An amazing place — our bungalow was just a few meters from the water, and we woke up to a stunning view of the sea. The food was delicious, and the bar had many different cocktails. There are lots of activities on the property and a long sandy beach. I really loved this place and would like to come back again. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Jati Koh Russey Resort. All of the staff was so welcoming, friendly and kind to us which made our stay very special! Also the room was amazing and very clean and the food was amazing too! We had a perfect stay and couldn‘t recommend it more!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was so relaxed but with enough different scenery (private pool, communal pool and beach) we felt we could have stayed longer. The staff were amazing and very helpful! It was a beautiful stay! We made the most of the free activities they put on eg. head massage tutorial, meditation, paddleboarding etc.

Very good new hotel! Only half opened yet, so not all facilities are available. Nice spacious room! Cool pool! Friendly and helpful staff! Good location! Breakfast by "a la cart" menu, but was good for me! Complimentary fruits!
