This hostel is genuinely amazing and worth spending a night to break up long journeys coming from Koh Rong. It’s comfortable, clean, the pool is really nice, it’s a nice environment to relax in. Staff at super friendly too

If you stay in Sihanoukville, Queenco hotel is the place to stay. Outside of the busy and bling bling Sihanoukville, this place is really peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The room are cosy, the bed is very confortable, the swimming pool and the private beach are just amazing. But the best side of my stay was the staff and the service, they are just amazing. I want to say a big thanks to Mr Somros, he make me feel like a special guest during all my stay, always here to know if you need anything and make your stay so easy ! If you need something, Mr somros will exceed your expectations ! I never met someone like him, so professional,so kind…. Is just amazing and thank you again for made my stay a magical stay !

Great location near the sea, very professional and friendly staff, offering pretty much every service and amenity that one wishes from a hotel. The food was really great either at breakfast or other meals through the day and everywhere it felt extremely clean all the time. I would like to leave my greetings to M. Very good new hotel! Only half opened yet, so not all facilities are available. Nice spacious room! Cool pool! Friendly and helpful staff! Good location! Breakfast by "a la cart" menu, but was good for me! Complimentary fruits!

This hotel exudes character and history. The atmosphere and overall experience was excellent and although the hotel had a few minor repairs needed such as tiles missing on the infinity pool, but this did not detract from our .experience. The New Year buffet on the beach was amazing and the best we've ever attended. Room was large and comfortable and had a great view of the bay. The staff including the general manager worked so hard to ensure everyone has had a special night and throughout our stay he service was first class.
