First class experience as soon as I arrived. Friendly, efficient staff. Apartment cleaned daily. The location is particularly good, in an interesting neighbourhood, with lots to do and only a short Tuk Tuk ride from the majority of the other attractions. Will definitely return on my next visit.

First of all, Petra was the most amazing host. It really felt for us like staying at our aunties house, which was lovely. She greeted us when we arrived and offered us a drink on the house. We then sat down and had a lovely chat after which she explained to us where in Phnom Penh we were located and where all the things to do and see where relative to the hotel. We loved the location of her guesthouse, close to everything that the are TTP has to offer. Lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Even S-21, the must visit Genocide museum in Phnom Penh was only a 15 minute walk away. So for us the location was perfect.
Breakfast was lovely, with unlimited toast, several different spreads, muesli and eggs available. Coffee and tea included too. For us Dutchies who'd been away from the Netherlands for a while now, the Dutch snacks that Petra makes herself were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend trying the bitterballen as they were delicious!
The room was simple but very comfortable. Especially the bed was super comfy, probably one of the most comfiest we've had in SEA. Bathroom was great and clean with a hot water shower.
Then there also was Mr Tomtom, the most amazing personal tuktuk driver you can ask for. He can take you anywhere in and around the city against fair prices.
We had an amazing time staying here and we'd highly recommend booking if you're coming to Phnom Penh!

we liked everything: Smooth and welcoming check-in, courteous and polite behaviour of the staff and the Owner who was always present early in the morning, asking about the day's program and giving helpful tips, an extra large room, absolutely clean, sumptuous breakfast with a variety of different country menus. Food was tasty and portions were large, rather heapful; good for young people. The staff even booked Grab taxis for us , saw to it that we sat in the taxis and noted the taxi numbers and instructed the taxi drivers for safe driving.
In all a very pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bassac Signature! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The infinity pool offers an amazing view, and the breakfast was excellent – with options for every taste from around the world. The room was modern, well air-conditioned, and beautifully designed. The bathroom is high-end and stylish, inspired by Chinese design but perfectly suited to Western comfort. The location is very central and convenient. Highly recommended!

it was amazing. 3 nights we had at shangri-la Hotel was baran new, so everything was clean , staff very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing river view. breakfast was good and interesting options to choose. we also tried dinner there, which totally was good, but beef berger was amazing.

We loved this efficient 2 bedroom apartment. It was a great size for 4 days in Phnom Penh for our family of 4. The staff were helpful when we asked for bedding for the folding couch so our boys would not have to share a bed (although they clearly thought we were crazy). The kitchen was well equipped for Asia. The location was great near plenty of grocery stores and restaurants, and an easy tuk tuk ride to the centre. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families or small groups.
