The rooms are a good size. The bed was quite hard so I let the host know and the next night I had a second mattress brought to the room. A more comfortable one. What more could you ask for? It had an air fryer, brand new and unused. Still unused after a month of us living there lol.

Excellent value for money. Although not located in the city center, the property is close enough to all of Phnom Penh's attractions to make this offer worthwhile. These are small apartments where guests have access to a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, and the utility room offers several washing machines. There's also ample secure parking. This offer is for those who want to feel more at home than in a hotel.

Beautiful hidden spot, many art pieces, trees and plants. The stuff was very generous and kind. The massage was very good as well. We had a very good experience. Would love to go there again!!

This was probably my favourite hotel during our three weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam. I loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our 16yr old is 6ft2inches and hit his head on the hotel sign on the street. The next day, they invited him to stand under the sign….they had moved the sign higher!! Exceptional service!! Our rooms were spacious and immaculate and the pool was a quiet oasis under the lush canopy. Would definitely stay here again.
