exceptional stay with Luxcity hotel. we arrived 2 hours earlier than check in starts, but we had a room without problem and no additional fee for that. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Very good breakfast is included and in general the food in hotel is good. we were suggested to be met by Luxcity car at the airport. always there is a good swimming pool, gym on 24th floor. The room is big, everything is new :) and there is everything in the room we really enjoyed our stay there and now regret we stayed there for only 1 night, Really appreciate level of service in the hotel

The staff here are very helpful and they go out of their way as I had a indecent and they fixed everything and even saved me alot of money thanks to Sela. Owner is super nice guy and genuinely likes a chat and meeting people. The rooms are very clean and fresh and showers are super hot....10/10.

I come at 3 am and I contacted them before, they promptly answer my question about check in out of hours and all goes smooth. Hotel is good value for money (do not except luxury for 7$ per night). Location is perfect, just above bus station so I get on bus to Siem Reap form hotel without any travel. Hotel is next to busy market so there are in 2 minutes from hotel all you need, place where you can bay sim card, supermarket, many street restaurants, I feel safe when i walk around at night.
