The manager is superb. He will greet you on arrival if he is not busy. He genuinely cares for all of his guests. The staff are also all well trained, and helpful. They will give you their Telegram contact details on arrival. If you have even a minute query, just send a message on Telegram and they will respond immediately and take action if required. When you visit the pool, please take your camera as the view is exceptional. The coffee shop doubles as a mini-mart and has all the essentials if you need them. I had a salmon rice cake and a croissant for breakfast, with a coffee. It was delicious and reasonably priced. The location is quiet, but you can walk to many excellent restaurants within ten minutes.

Wow, I have never stayed in a nicer hotel than this. Tucked away in beautiful surroundings in the middle of Phnom Penh. Tranquil, clean, comfortable, quiet, kind and helpful staff, fantastic good value food. I could go on and on. I must come back here, not just for 2 nights like this time, but maybe 4-5.

The pool is very chill with trees and green areas, I love relaxing there

It is a nicely decorated hotel with all the amenities. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right at the entrance of the Royal Palace and just a few minutes walk to the National Museum. The room was spacious with great views to the pool and the Royal Palace. I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge variety. The staff at the Pool Bar and the Skybar were also very polite and helpful.
