We would like to thank the whole staff, especially Mr. Liam, the friendly concierge, who was always helpful and accurate. We really loved our stay at the hotel. All the stores / restaurants were nearby and we could enjoy our stay without any troubles. The hotel is located right next to the conference center / exhibition. Large rooms with washing machines and a small kitchen. Perfect to combine business trip with you family. Triple street is in about 10 minutes drive, where you can go shopping. Songdo is the nicest area in Korea we have experienced (compared to Busan and Seoul). It´s less crowded, clean and has mostly new buildings. It is not easy to get a taxi when you are walking around, since there are not many taxis on the street. This hotel was perfect for our last stay in Korea, because there is no traffic jam on the way to the airport (30 min.). We needed a large Taxi (3 p +7 suitcases) and paid about 45€. Since we have stayed three weeks in Korea and had experienced several hotels, which were all very nice, but this hotel was the best because of the very caring staff. They even press the elevator button for you, they are always there to make your stay as convenient as possible. congrats, dear hotel manager, you have a wonderful perfect staff.

My mother, who suffered a stroke, is unable to fly, so she can only travel domestically. I've long wanted to visit a special Korean hotel with my four sisters and my mother. Gyeongwonje was the hotel that really stood out to me, providing a wonderful experience. It was a wonderful opportunity for me to complete a photo op with my family.

It was an extremely comfortable stay, and no one bothered me. The location was also really lovely.

Very well equipped apartment. Although it is not the center of Incheon, the apartment is located close to two subway stations: Sungui and Dowon. Close to bus stops, pharmacies and the hospital. Close to local grocery stores and a bazaar. Homeplus is less than half a kilometer away on foot. The apartment provides a rice cooker, microwave, pots, pans, plates and all the necessary cutlery for self-cooking. Large and spacious refrigerator and washing machine and dryer. Quiet and peaceful area.

The room is not newly renovated, but everything is very clean. The bed linen and towels are snow-white and smell nice. The bathroom is new and perfectly clean. The room is small but has everything you need. At the reception, there is a friendly young man who speaks English fluently, which is very convenient.

Great location, great hosts. The room was clean and comfortable, fresh bottled water and towels provided daily. The owner(s) were incredibly friendly and generous. The coffee from the cafe downstairs was great too, plus discounted for guests.

me and my missus had a 10 day stay in this unbelievably comfortable accomodation. 1. it's close to train station and bus terminal ✅ 2. it's soo comfy, you can see that the hostess is a really caring person, that cared for our comfort and aesthetics of the accomodation. It's just like the pictures how is it 💯 3. Customer service was perfect, we've arrived at 11pm, and struggled a little with korean technology 😅 but the hoster replied to us immediately which is amazing 💯 Would reccommend for everyone this amazing place, rather than staying in a hotel. Greatly appreciated for our 10 days of trip from Australia.
