The location is great, EX12 has elevator, and it is very close to GEM STAY and their is a convenience store in the first floor. Besides, there is a wowpass machine just in this convenience store, how perfect it is !!! No need to face to face then check-in is very convenient, they sent password before we arrive. And everything in the room is very very sufficient. Very very crecommend.!!! But there is one thing, I am confused, should we thorw our garbage by ourselves? or we just leave in the room?

The property felt like we were in our home. The appartment was spacious. The owner were too nice. The facilities were great. We enjoyed the rooftop and bathtub the most. The laundry room was so convinient to use.

There is a lounge for us to relax while waiting for room to be ready as we reached the hotel slightly earlier than the standard check in time. Room is nice and spacious with comfy bed. Location is good, about 15 mins walk to the shopping street.
