Everything was great, the staff is super nice and friendly, giving recommendations of places to eat and helping in all needed. The hotel is beautiful, the room really give you a sense of peace.
There was also a lot of attention with breakfast, few details and changing from one day to another, was great.
The coffee store on the first floor of the hotel is one of the best coffees ever, just amazing.

We chose Hotel Ground 27 for its location and the family suite. It turned out to be an excellent choice for our visit to Busan.
The central location was really very convenient, close to the train station, shopping and markets, and some sights.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. We also used the washing facilities to our satisfaction.
Furthermore, their cafe on the ground floor is nice, though it wasn't open during breakfast hours, which isn't a problem as there are plenty of other places in the area.
I would certainly return to Hotel Ground 27 without hesitation.

Everything were great , nice location nice staff nice coffee etc... Prefect for group and family.
About the location, just a 3 mins walk from MTR Nampo stations , for those bring a big suitcase with you then use elevator at Exit 5. Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street is around the corner so you can get anything you want.
Staff are helpful and talkative, good to sharing some travel experience and learn a little bit Korean culture-)

Some beverages Netflix/WiFi, a water kettle / ladies/gents amenities for free and a hairblower. Daily clean ups. Overall the interior design is very nice, the room as well as the bathroom was clean and neat. It was quiet even though this is a very radiant/busy are with shopping street/many restaurants/café´s. I could see the Diamond tower from my window. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Busses and metro in short walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here for a few days!!
